Communication Skills

This course will equip individuals with the practical skills they need to meet the demands placed on them by their position and organizational responsibilities. It is senseless to overwhelm delegates with theory that they do not need to know and will never use. Network Dynamics avoids this pitfall through detailed pre-course research. This is included in our fee.

In addition delegates complete a training needs analysis survey which enables us to customize this course to empower delegates with internalised knowledge an applicable skills. The programme will give the learner the skills required to communicate effectively within the organisation through the amplification of personal interaction skills, the understanding of behavioural indicators and effective human interaction.


Conflict Management
We all have our own attitudes and belief’s about the world around us and often we believe that these points of view are worth fighting for. They may well be but sometimes they can lead to conflict. The Conflict Management programme will develop the conflict handling skills of the learner by equipping the individual with practical skills through a self assessment evaluation, understanding what is conflict, the analysis and sources of conflict and importantly the management of conflict. Delegates will complete a training needs analysis survey to allowing us to customize the course to empower delegates with internalised knowledge and applicable skills to achieve a win win solution.

Assertiveness

Assertiveness, when exercised in a adult and professional manner, is critical in dealing with all sorts of people in the daily working environment, including clients,
Superiors, subordinates, peers and suppliers. In this course we address issues surrounding aggression assertion, passive resistance and total submissiveness.

This programme covers generic aspects and the tools required in comprehensive management strategies. Delegates will improve self awareness through self personality assessments, in addition individuals are given detailed feedback and personalized conflict management strategies are developed with the individual.
